Hi Bob,

Yes makes sense otherwise it could cause problems on the day and of

course the clinicians will need to have a major say on what goes on inside.

Linda, will you arrange ?

Angie,

I think that we will need a site visit to discuss AZ process.

Hi Bryan,

It would certainly make sense for at least 2 to be on am and pm initially. And we could all meet up on Thursday at some point to discuss pros and cons.

A thought. It's possible the parking won't be a huge issue?? Most cars remained in the car park during the Pfizer vaccine clinics and 15 minute wait anyway. And with the az vaccine protocol, past experience suggests that many patients will not wait in their cars in the car park for the full 15 minutes before leaving! It's the increased number/frequency of appointments/cars that could snooker the above theory!

Are we all taking part in the 'site visit' for the new coordinators at all?

Angie

Hi Linda,

As long as it's going ahead, pleased for you to put me down for next Thursdays

vaccine clinic.

I'm wondering if it makes sense for us all to be there if not all the time some of the time so

that we can get a feel for, iron out any problems and any alterations we will need to make

due to the use of the AZ vaccine.

What do you guys think ?
